There are two templates to choose from:

• Single Space templates where the tenant rents one space in the building. This is the most common analysis.
• Multiple Space templates where the tenant rents several spaces in the building with each lease different terms and conditions.

Templates are available for analyzing office, retail and industrial leases from the landlord’s perspective.
