This folder is used to enter and project the monthly revenues for each tenant such as Base Rent, Recoverable Expenses (TIM’s), parking etc.

In addition the monthly rent projections can be easily adjusted for:
• Free Rent
• Rent Caps
• Recoverable Expenses Caps and Stops
• % Rent using either a “Natural” or “Artificial” Break Point (shopping center templates)

Projection Wizard allows you to quickly enter and project the revenues for each tenant on a monthly or yearly basis using a wide variety of projection options including complex lease arrangements.
