The Sale folder is used to record the Real Estate Commission, Selling Expenses, estimate the Sale Price using the Sale Price Wizard, enter the Income Tax Adjustment and allocate the Sale Price between the Land and Improvements if Capital Cost Allowance Claims have been made.
