This folder is used to enter the financing of leasehold improvements. It can produce monthly or annual mortgage schedules for each loan and the combined mortgage schedule. There is no limit on the number of mortgages or loans that can be created.

Features of the Financing Folder include the ability to:
• Select Fixed or Variable Interest Rates
• Choose from eight mortgage types with varying interest and payment options
• Mutiple loans which can start and terminate any given year and month.

Tenant Loans can be set up for the repayment of leasehold improvements funded by the landlord and repaid by the tenant over the term of the lease.
